A Neighborhood in the Forest
The Southwood Park neighborhood goes from Lexington to Pettit, and from Old Mill to Fairfield (excluding portions of Fairmont Neighborhood). The neighborhood was planned throughout a heavily forested area and is the largest National Register District in the northern 2/3 of Indiana. This neighborhood offers an ideal location next to Foster Park with historic homes throughout.
